(“ALSO”) which apply to purchase orders as specified below.  Alternative terms or agreements apply only when formally recognized by ALSO in writing. If there is any question as to which set of General Terms and Conditions apply to your purchase order, please contact your ALSO representative for clarification.

Production Purchases by ALSO

Purchases of component parts incorporated into vehicles or products and related engineering and development services shall be subject to ALSO’s General Terms and Conditions of Production Purchase.

Indirect Purchases by ALSO

All other purchases shall be subject to ALSO’s General Terms and Conditions of Purchase of Indirect Goods and Services.
