Once your bike has been delivered, you have 30 days to initiate a return from the date of delivery. After initiating a return, you then have 14 days to ship it to ALSO. Refunds will be issued promptly once the return has been received and processed by our team. Any fees such as shipping or restocking will be subtracted from the final refund.
To be eligible for returns, used bikes must be returned in like-new condition, in their original packaging, and with fewer than 25 miles on their odometers. To support the process of restoring the bike for its next rider, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund in addition to $175 in return shipping.
To return a new bike that’s never been ridden, please send it back to ALSO in its original packaging with all original components. The cost of return shipping for new and unused bikes is $175.
Returning something that’s not a TM-B? Most non-bike merchandise such as components, accessories, and apparel may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a flat rate of $10. TM-B batteries purchased as an accessory cannot be returned. Once a return has been initiated, items must be shipped to ALSO within 14 days. Please note that all non-bike returns must be in new and unused condition with original packaging and components to be accepted.
To initiate a return, email our team at support@ridealso.com or contact us using this form. Be sure to include your order number and any other relevant information in your message. From there, ALSO will provide a return shipping label for you to print.
All bikes must be disassembled and returned in their original packaging to ensure a safe journey back to ALSO. If you no longer have the original box and packing supplies, reach out to customer support and we’ll provide replacement packaging at an additional cost. Or, if you’re feeling particularly neighborly, contact your local bike shop to see if they’ll package your bike up for you—most shops offer this as a paid service and won’t bat an eye at the request.
New Bike Day is sacred. To ensure it stays that way, every ALSO bike is shipped with a signature required upon delivery, unless you choose to opt out. In the event that a bike and/or its packaging incur damage on their way to you, that would be handled through our warranty process, not the return policy. Please reach out to our customer support team if your TM-B arrives damaged.
